Dashrath Mishra is the Chief Librarian of the Nepal National Library and serves as the Director of the ISSN National Center for Nepal. Operating under the Ministry of Education and Sports, he oversees national library services, digital cataloging initiatives, and the preservation of Nepal's rare manuscripts and archival heritage. In his role at the ISSN National Center, he directs the registration and administration of International Standard Serial Numbers for journals and periodicals nationwide, coordinating with the ISSN International Centre.
